We deliver home maintenance between 07:00 and 18:00 sunday -friday. Delivery is guaranteed on orders ordered 24 hours before the desired start-up.
We will need just a soruce of water. Our teams are fully equipped (vaccum cleaner, cloths, mop, cleaning supplies – we use frendly cleaning detergents because we want to protect the environment, your health and ours).
Surfaces to be cleaned should be freed up as much as possible for better and faster results - especially in relocation cleaning or thorough cleaning.
We do not move furniture and heavy objects (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, solid wood table and other objects containing metal, iron, steel). If the objects are not moved by the customer, the cleaning will be done beside them.
Yes, if it’s possible – our teams are using electric cars to reach you.
We have professional teams that will follow their work schedule depending on the type of cleaning you ordered.
Yes, our regular clients will recive the same cleaners.
We will notify you in advance if our team is late. The delay will not affect the cleaning time.
Of couse! You need just to discuss with your team which room should be prioritize for a pleasent stay.
Yes,your key will be keept in our safe locker in our office and the cleaners will use it just when they have your booking in schedule.

Very simple! When ordering,the calcurator will recomande the time we need to clean your home.
In case you want to change or cancel the order,please contact our customer services at office@titan-renhold.no or telephone nr. +47 92565456.
If you have already paid the bill, but for some reason you had to cancel it, your money will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note that cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before booking, otherwise the invoice will not be canceled.
The invoice will also be collected if the team travels to the address for any ordered service and the customer does not ensure the necessary conditions to fulfill the ordered service
For regular daily cleaning the invoice will be send 5 days before the cleaning.
For all other services, the invoice will be sent as soon as the order has been confirmed.
Our teams are trained to provide quality cleanings,but in case you are unsatisfied with the cleaning please contact us within 24 hours and we will send back a team as soon as possible to repair the mistakes for free. We ask feedback after each cleaning which will improve our work.
We assume that this things may happen,this is the reason we have an insurance from Gjensidige which is covering our teams mistakes.
